Lancashire Christmas

On a recent trip to London my husband and I visited Harrods and bought some excellant chocolate fudge. The label on the bag said "MADE IN LANCASHIRE".

Can anyone tell me who makes this delicious fudge? I would certainly like to buy more and preferably from the producer.

On the same theme.....does anyone have a list of Lancashire businesses who produce food or craft items suitable for Christmas gifts?

I have decided only to buy British/English/Lancashire products as Christmas presents this year .
